Lishui rural tourist route among top picks for autumn travel

China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism recently unveiled 149 national rural tourism boutique routes for autumn travels – featuring the charms of the countryside, the beauty of the season, the diversity of the culture and the joy of the harvest. 

One of the routes is from Lishui city, in East China's Zhejiang province, which boasts rich natural and ethnic resources.

The route covers several scenic spots and cultural attractions, such as the Nayun hot spring resort, the Shexiangzhichuang tourist spot and the Shexiang Donglong rural complex. There is also the Qianxia Lake ecological tourism resort, the Shezhai Xiancaogu traditional Chinese medicine ecological tourism base and the Yunzhong Daji scenic area, among others.

The route is billed as being ideal for tourists who want to enjoy the pleasant weather and colorful scenery from September to December.

It's also suitable for family trips, leisure vacations and cultural exploration. The word is that it is the perfect choice for tourists who want to experience the diversity and vitality of China's rural tourism.
