Lishui achieves intended deals worth over $27m at CIIE

As the 7th China International Import Expo concluded on Nov 10, a group of businesses from Lishui, Zhejiang province, secured intended deals worth $27.85 million at this year's expo.
This year's CIIE featured 3,496 exhibitors from 129 countries and regions, including 297 Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders, marking the biggest event in its history.
The exhibitors from Lishui comprised 233 enterprises, including key purchasers such as hospitals and import-export trading companies. Their procurement spanned various sectors, including service trade, technical equipment, consumer goods, healthcare, and food and agricultural products.
Six intangible cultural heritage and time-honored brand enterprises from Lishui participated in the expo, and the samples brought by these exhibitors were an instant success and sold out completely.
The delegation from Qingtian county included 15 overseas Chinese enterprises and 16 foreign companies, presenting over 370 premium imported products from Spain, Italy, France, and the Netherlands among others.
The Lishui exhibitors achieved intended deals worth $11 million at this year's CIIE in food consumer goods, including wine, ham, and cheese.
Additionally, the Lishui exhibitors promoted and attracted investments for the upcoming 6th Overseas Chinese Imported Commodities Expo in Qingtian.
