To better meet the transportation needs of the public, a new bus route from Liandu district to Songyang county in Lishui began trial operations on Nov 28, marking the opening of Lishui's first digital customization passenger route.

By utilizing new technologies such as Internet and big data, the new bus route represents a revolution in transport service models, making it easier for passengers to purchase tickets online, select stops online, and track the route in real-time.

Six high-grade buses will be deployed along the route, which are capable of running on expressways. They will depart from Liandu and Songyang 12 times each per day, with a frequency of approximately one trip every 60 minutes.

There will be seven temporary stops along the route. The first and last departure times for Liandu are 6:30 and 18:10, respectively, while for Songyang, they are 6:10 and 17:40.

The pre-sale tickets for the new bus route went up for sale on Nov 26, using a unified pricing system where passengers can board and get off at any station along the route for a single price. During the trial operation period, the promotional ticket price will be 9.9 yuan ($1.37) per person.
