In the Wooden Toy Fairy Tale Town in Yunhe county, Lishui, Zhejiang province, lots of wooden toys like castles, train tracks, and colorful puzzles are ready to be loved.

Wooden toys are a traditional, advantageous, and pillar industry in Yunhe county, which is known as the "Home of Chinese Wooden Toys". Starting in the 1970s, Yunhe's wooden toy industry has been in the business for over fifty years.

Yunhe is currently home to over 1,100 wooden toy enterprises, producing thousands of series across ten categories. It has become the largest and most diverse wooden toy manufacturing and export base in China. Yunhe's wooden toys account for 66 percent of the national production and are exported to 82 countries and regions to claim 40 percent of the global production.

Zhejiang Yongju Toys Co, with over 20 years in wooden toys, is expanding its export business by focusing on niche markets like Japanese specialty toys.

The Lishui Financing Guarantee Co's Yunhe branch has supported Yunhe's wooden toy industry by providing over 40 million yuan ($5.51 million) in financing guarantees, covering all stages from wood processing to toy manufacturing and packaging. This support has enhanced Yunnan's wooden toy industry's influence both nationally and globally, solidifying its reputation as a leader in the wooden toy market.
