South Africa-based Hu Liming initiated the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce in Southern Africa. This was the first overseas Chinese group founded in the region by businesspeople from East China's Zhejiang province – unfurling the banner of Zhejiang entrepreneurs in South Africa for the first time.
