Lin Jingping is head of Radio Mandarin d'Europe, the first Chinese radio station in France, which was founded on Oct 20, 2014. It is the first full-time bilingual Chinese and French radio station in continental Europe, covering Paris' famed Île-de-France region. The board of directors of the radio station is composed of eight Chinese people living in France, of whom seven are from Wenzhou city, located in East China's Zhejiang province. They are Lin Jingping, Cai Lianhua, Wu Changhong, Lin Ruisong, Jin Linze, Xu Zhixiao, Cheng Chaohui and Guan Guangcheng.
