Located in Liushi town, Yueqing – a county-level city administered by Wenzhou, in East China's Zhejiang province – Delixi Electric Ltd is a Sino-French joint venture established on Oct 19, 2007 by Wenzhou-based Delixi Group and Paris-headquartered industrial conglomerate Schneider Electric SA.

The company's site covers an area of 72,205 square meters, on which there are more than 30 workshops with total floor space of 158,132 sq m. It has nearly 10,000 employees and is a high-tech enterprise, mainly engaged in R&D and production of low-voltage electrical appliances, with a 15 percent national market share in its field. In 2020, its main business revenue hit 8.195 billion yuan ($1.3 billion).
Among major customers, it supplies components to Daqing Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, China Baowu Steel Group, Panzhihua Iron & Steel Group, China Railway Group and China Railway Construction Corporation.

The company currently has 850 valid patents – including 110 invention patents and 636 utility model patents – and it has participated in the revision and formulation of three national standards.
