Ruian Auto Parts Co Ltd – a subsidiary of auto components and systems manufacturer Ruili Group – is located in Ruian, a county-level city administrated by Wenzhou, in East China's Zhejiang province. Founded in 2004, it has registered capital of 413.7 million yuan ($63.70 million).
The company site covers an area of 313 mu (20.9 hectares) and it has more than 4,000 employees. It mainly engages in research and development, production and sales of chassis control systems – as well as key components in the fields of commercial vehicles and rail transit.
Its commercial vehicle braking system has a more than 30 percent market share, both at home and abroad. The company has provided support services for more than 60 domestic and overseas automobile manufacturers and to over 70,000 terminal customers.
In addition, the company has 943 patents, 86 of which are invention patents.
