"Previously, I went to the city library by car to read books. This year, I only had to cross the road when the Qinghe Library opened, which was particularly convenient," said Wu Liwu, a local citizen in Wenzhou.
He added that Qinghe Library has a collection of 60, 000 volumes, carefully classified, so that he can immerse himself in books while being among mountains and lakes.
