Alexandra, a Russian anchor living in Wenzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, visited Cangnan county on Nov 24, enjoying its beautiful pastoral scenery, taking a stroll in its rose garden, and trying her hand at grapefruit picking.
"It was really a special and romantic trip," she said.
Highlights of her trip make up scenes from the second episode of an e-commerce livestream show series, which features Chinese and foreign anchors promoting special local products.
The first episode, which aired in October, was hosted by Akmal from Tajikistan and Wenzhou native Cai Chaojun to showcase the agricultural industry of Lucheng district's Tengqiao town, which has been praised as a model in the promotion of agricultural reform in rural areas.
The series is produced by the Wenzhou Overseas Media Center.
