Wenzhou in East China's Zhejiang province was honored as the city with the highest level of wellbeing on Dec 31, local media outlets reported.
It was the third time the city has won the honorary title, which has been organized by the Oriental Outlook magazine run by Xinhua News Agency for 15 years.
