Two enterprises make provincial incubation list

Two enterprises in Wenzhou, East China's Zhejiang province were recently included by the provincial department of science and technology on the incubation list of leading innovation-oriented enterprises.

The two enterprises are Ruipu Energy Co, a new energy company, and Kangnai Group, a leading shoe manufacturer.

There are currently 29 innovation-oriented enterprises in Wenzhou that have been ranked as provincial leading or have been included on the province's incubation list.

Enterprises that make the list have their own research and development center, which is staffed by more than 50 full-time researchers and have an R&D investment that account for more than 4 percent of the enterprise's sales revenue in the past three years.

The enterprises also have independent core industrial intellectual property rights and the core products that account for more than 70 percent of the total sales revenue. Their annual sales revenue are 50 million yuan ($7.76 million) or higher.

The enterprises have also gained fame in their respective industries, or are considered key enterprises at the city, county, or district levels. They are also able to carry out industry-university-research cooperation as well as international scientific and technological cooperation.

To make the list, enterprises must not have made offences related to environmental protection, safety production, intellectual property, and taxation in the past three years.
