Scientific and technological innovation
The Oujiang Laboratory, a key lab in Zhejiang province which was unveiled on May 20, 2021, was also mentioned at this year's government work report. The lab kicked off the construction on five research clusters last year with the aim of realizing breakthroughs in tissue regeneration and remodeling, eye diseases and visual function rehabilitation, brain diseases and cognitive function rehabilitation, regenerative medical materials, and high-end medical equipment.
