The area in Dongtou, a coastal district dubbed "a garden in the sea", stretches some 12.7 kilometers and covers seven villages, including Dachangkeng, Getou, Dong'ao and Liaoding.
The area has been focusing on the integration of ecology, life, economy and culture in pursuit of high-standard rural vitalization.
