Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, is offering free tickets to local state-owned scenic spots, as well as some private ones, from Jan 11 to Feb 5 to attract tourists from all over the country, according to a recent notice released by the municipal bureau of culture, broadcasting and tourism.
Free tickets will also be offered to the country's medical workers, who just need to present their work ID to enter during the first quarter from Jan 1 to March 3.
Private scenic spots are also encouraged to offer discounts on their tickets.
Moreover, the city is planning a variety of tourism products, including new facilities, new routes, and customized tourism services to give tourists a better travel experience during the upcoming Spring Festival.
