Apple MixC Wenzhou, Apple's debut store in Wenzhou and the fourth in Eastern China's Zhejiang province, will open tomorrow, Nov 4.
The newest store indicates Apple's commitment to localization, sustainability, diversity and accessibility. Apple blended its universal design and local elements in this store, creating a magical yet familiar place for Wenzhou residents and an inclusive space for everyone.

Many parts of this Apple Store, the 56th in Chinese mainland, expressed the company's warm greeting to this ever-changing city. The ubiquitous Apple logo is specifically designed in a blue clip valerian style, a cultural heritage of Wenzhou. Even the hoardings for construction were crafted in the traditional woodcut dyeing and finishing method.
The store will introduce the iPhone 15 lineup and new Mac models featuring the M3 family of chips in an obstacle-free, low-carbon way.
Apple MixC Wenzhou offers adjustable table and seating heights, as well as access routes that give wheelchair users more space to navigate. And for hearing aid users, Apple will provide a portable hearing loop that can be used anywhere in the store.
As for sustainability, Apple MixC Wenzhou has made carbon reductions by focusing on plant-based materials. The uniquely designed ceiling was made of biogenic panels and baffles, minimizing the use of metals. The flooring was created with biopolymer materials, reducing the need for chemical resins.

The new store will be supported by over 100 knowledgeable team members, offering various language services including Cantonese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, Arabic and Chinese Sign Language. The team, recruiting members with impaired hearing or vision, will pragmatically support customers, helping them explore the latest Apple products, get the support they need, and learn new features to unlock their creative potential.
