Counties in Zhejiang province have unveiled innovative approaches to talent management, shaping a robust foundation for the province's high-quality development.

The past two decades has proved the remarkable success of Zhejiang's talent strategies with the talent resource per 10,000 people increasing by 3.83 times compared to that in 2003.

The magnetic force towards talent is equally shared in different parts of Zhejiang. Small counties, faced with the squeeze from the urban areas, are devising their own unique methods to attract and retain talent.
