The 20th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair, which began on May 23 and will span five days, is proving to be a successful showcase for Wenzhou's cultural enterprises.

The fair, a beacon of China's cultural industry, has grown from 45,000 to 160,000 square meters over two decades, with exhibitors increasing from 700 to 3,076.

Zhejiang's 54 enterprises at the fair revolve around the theme "Poetic Jiangnan, Dynamic Zhejiang", with sections dedicated to cultural branding, digital culture, and creative products. Wenzhou's pavilion offers interactive experiences, highlighting the city's millennium-old commercial port and happiness.

Children's educational toys by Top Bright Animation and Wuma Aoen Technology's immersive landscapes using augmented reality are among the top attractions. Zhejiang Guyu Cultural Communication's movable folk art shop presents Wenzhou's diverse culture and natural beauty through creative products.

Wenzhou's intangible heritage is spotlighted by Wenzhou Ouyue Art & Creative and Wenzhou Chonglinzhai Crafts, featuring exquisite colored stone inlay crafts and innovative tea sets.

At the Intangible Cultural Heritage - Arts and Crafts Exhibition of Hall 12, Wenzhou Qingjie Crafts display Pingyang lacquerware, a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage, further solidifying Wenzhou's craft legacy. The city's lacquerware, now sold internationally, continues to elevate its reputation in the arts and crafts world.
