The 19th Wenzhou International Pump, Valve, and Pipeline Exhibition kicked off on May 25 at Yongjia's China Pump and Valve Exhibition and Trading Center.
The three-day event showcases over 500 leading enterprises across 25,000 square meters with 800 booths, attracting global visitors.
The expo also featured an international buyer matchmaking event, drawing professionals from Pakistan, Iran, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and other parts of the world.
Jeff, the leader of the overseas purchasing group from the European American Chamber of Commerce & Industry, highlighted the unique features of the specialized pump and valve products, bringing a purchasing group consisting of 23 buyers from 16 countries and regions to attend the expo.
Yongjia, known as China's pump and valve hub, boasts over 3,000 varieties of pump and valve products. Last year, Yongjia's pump and valve industry above designated size achieved a total industrial output value of 18.93 billion yuan ($2.61 billion), up 12.2 percent year-on-year, with foreign trade exports growing by 29.3 percent.
The China Valve Procurement Summit also took place during the expo, discussing new trends and opportunities in valve procurement and supply.
