The 20th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) concluded on May 27, leaving the Wenzhou delegation from the Zhejiang Pavilion with impressive results.
Over the course of the five-day event, Zhejiang Pavilion enterprises achieved on-site sales of 550,000 yuan ($75,873) and signed contracts worth 100 million yuan. Among the exhibitors, six Wenzhou enterprises at the fair achieved on-site sales of 87,000 yuan and garnered interest from 48 entities or individuals, leading to prospective deals exceeding 18 million yuan.
Zheng Kaiye, general manager of Zhejiang Wuma Aoen Technology Co Ltd, expressed excitement about the fair, sharing that they received interest for two cultural tourism projects from Suzhou and Chongqing, along with three potential digital cultural tourism collaborations.
Wenzhou Ouyue Art & Creative Co Ltd. also reaped substantial rewards. Their display of Wenzhou's unique intangible cultural heritage attracted significant interest, highlighting Ou sculpture, Ou embroidery, Ou kiln, boxwood carving and Wenzhou stone carving. The company secured over 20 prospective collaboration clients.
The ICIF, with 302 overseas exhibitors from 60 countries and regions, showcased over 120,000 cultural products and more than 4,000 cultural industry investment and financing projects. It served as a platform for global attention and fruitful exchanges.
