Wenzhou held a high-end talent recruitment event in Hong Kong on March 29, bringing together 10 leading enterprises and institutions.
The event, part of Wenzhou's national talent attraction tour, targeted top graduates and professionals from Hong Kong universities.
A total of 124 high-paying positions were offered, including roles in teaching and research, postdoctoral studies, software engineering, product design, and electronics. The average monthly salary was 17,000 yuan ($2,328), with the highest offer – 40,000 yuan per month – coming from the Wenzhou Institute of Technology.
The event attracted significant interest, receiving 71 resumes and leading to initial agreements with 14 candidates.
Wenzhou also strengthened ties with Hong Kong universities and talent service institutions, fostering deeper collaboration and encouraging Hong Kong professionals to explore career opportunities in the city.
