The 2025 World Young Scientist Summit, or WYSS, will be held from Oct 24 to 26 in Wenzhou, a coastal city in East China's Zhejiang province.
Early-bird registration is open until Oct 10, with regular registration closing on Oct 20.
The summit's theme — Embracing Change: Young Scientists Shaping the Future Together — is in line with the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
The program includes a plenary session, 11 parallel forums and a Universal Gravitation π showcase and exchange event, featuring awards for young scientists and the latest in scientific achievements.
Topics will range from AI, advanced manufacturing and quantum photonics to brain-machine intelligence, women in science and global health.
The summit aims to promote youth leadership, innovation and international collaboration, connecting young scientists with global resources and opportunities.
It's inviting submissions on emerging technologies, sustainable development and science-industry integration — including papers, abstracts, posters and contributions to a special journal.
Since its launch, the event has engaged with over 200 universities and organizations in 130 countries, hosting some 30 Nobel and Turing laureates, 400 academicians and more than 6,600 global scientists, entrepreneurs and investors.
