China's gross domestic product expanded by 5.2 percent to 101.5 trillion yuan in the first three quarters of this year, the National Bureau of Statistics said on Monday.

China's retail sales increased 3.0 percent year-on-year in September, the NBS said.

China's value-added industrial output, an important economic indicator, increased 6.5 percent year-on-year in September, the NBS said.
