East China's Zhejiang province has laid out its economic priorities for 2021, pledging to lead the world in various fields.

Yuan Jiajun, Party chief of Zhejiang, urged all parties to intensify efforts to develop the province into a leader in digital reform, improving services, and mitigating risks at the provincial economic work conference in Hangzhou on Dec 25.

Zhejiang will focus on internet plus, life and health, and new materials and attempt to build a new development pattern, promote digital reforms, accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, and improve living standards, according to statements at the conference.
