Zhejiang celebrates Int'l Museum Day in Jiashan

East China's Zhejiang province hosted its main event for International Museum Day (May 18) at the Jiashan Museum in Jiashan county on May 14.

During the event, authorities in Jiashan, Wujiang district in Suzhou, and Qingpu district in Shanghai, which make up the demonstration zone of Yangtze River Delta integration, jointly launched 20 cultural sites related to the history of the Communist Party of China.

Zhejiang authorities also announced a list of the "Most Creative Zhejiang Museums" resulting from the province's inaugural election.

That same day, numerous experts from Zhejiang-based museums and antique authentication institutes offered free cultural relic identification services to locals.
