The Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism recently carried out an annual assessment of the province's 29 "all-for-one tourism" demonstration zones.

The authorities gave these zones gradings ranging from A to C according to their overall performance in the tourism sector.

The A-grade zones were Ningbo's Fenghua district, Ninghai county, Wenzhou's Dongtou district, Tongxiang city, Kaihua county, Zhoushan's Putuo district, and Tiantai county.

The phrase "all-for-one tourism", which refers to combining tourism resources to improve the quality of tourism and related services, was first mentioned in the Government Work Report of the fifth plenary session of the 12th National People's Congress in March 2017.

"All-for-one tourism" demonstration zones must have high standards of governance, an abundance of tourism products and services, and active public participation in the sector, according to the government guidelines released in June 2017.
