Zhejiang Lishui Industrial Park

Liandu Industrial Park was established in 2001, and in August 2006 it was approved by the provincial government as a provincial industrial park and renamed Zhejiang Lishui Industrial Park. In September of the same year, it was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission.

The park, with a planned area of 87 hectares, is a specialized industrial park focusing on agricultural and sideline products processing, the machinery industry and shoemaking.

In August 2011, the park was included in the core area of the Lishui ecological industry aggregation area. At present, there are 76 enterprises in the park which have invested 1.64 billion yuan ($233.36 million) in fixed assets.

In 2018, the total industrial output value of the park reached 3.16 billion yuan ($449.37 million), a year-on-year growth of 16.49 percent, among which the output value of enterprises above the designated scale (annual main business income of over 20 million yuan) reached 2.25 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 15.8 percent.

Also, in 2018, the investment in fixed assets by industrial enterprises in the park totaled 1.59 billion yuan, up 190.51 percent year-on-year. The actual utilization of domestic capital from outside of Lishui reached 1.59 billion yuan, up 138.01 percent year-on-year, and the import and export volume was $90.32 million, a year-on-year growth of 21.58 percent.
