In Lishui, East China's Zhejiang province, eight vocational and technical college graduates recently joined Oubao Security Technology Co Ltd, as a result of cooperation between enterprises and colleges in Lishui's Liandu district.

Oubao, located in Lishui industrial park, was the first enterprise in China to produce door closers, and it still the largest. The company has introduced many pieces of advanced equipment due to technical reform, and has employed many skilled personnel.

To meet the company's needs, the human resources and social security bureau of Liandu district tailored the enterprise-college cooperation mode for medium and small manufacturing enterprises.

Liandu district assisted Oubao to visit Hangzhou Polytechnic, Jiangxi Vocational College of Industry and Engineering, Sichuan Modern Vocational College and other colleges and universities to promote the enterprise to students at these schools.

Industry has been the main engine and stabilizer of economic growth in Liandu district. In recent years, the district has been exploring cooperation modes between government, enterprises and colleges, polishing the brand of "private enterprise customization" and providing necessary human resources to the district's enterprises.

Liandu district took part in college internship and employment recruitment fairs around the country, and introduced nearly 100 skilled talents throughout 2019, ensuring a stable talent increment.
