A fitness testing cabin recently opened in the Meizhu Flower Sea scenic area of Xinchang county, Shaoxing.

The cabin can test users' sporting abilities via 15 exercises, including sit-ups, push-ups, grip strength, vertical jump, and single-leg standing. It can also tell a user's height, weight, and body composition and assess body shape and flexibility.

Participants can obtain their fitness measurements through sensors, and the data is transformed into precise test results through the system software after being compared and analyzed against standard reference values.

"Intelligent fitness facilities like the cabin allow people to enjoy fitness enhanced by technology. We hope to promote rural vitalization and enhance the sense of happiness and well-being among the public through the integration of sports and tourism," said an authority with the education and sports bureau of Xinchang.
