The Exit-Entry Administration Service Center of Xinchang Public Security Bureau in Xinchang county of Shaoxing, East China's Zhejiang province, has launched a new mobile app for commission businesses, in a bid to cut down on red tape for businesses and provide better services for the public.

The app, as an effort to facilitate the pioneering "At Most One Visit" scheme initiated by Zhejiang province, allows locals to complete 21 pieces of businesses, including household registration businesses and exit-entry affairs, after completing the real name authentication on the app or related WeChat official account.

The initiative has been proved to be quite useful in improving the working efficiency of government departments and bridging the gap between the government and the people.
