Located at the junction of Jiangsu province, Zhejiang province and Shanghai, the Xiuzhou Economic Development Zone boasts an advantageous geographical location that is served by three expressways and the Grand Canal, as well as the upcoming Jiaxing airport.

The development zone focuses on emerging industries, including modern logistics, home decoration, high-end equipment, information economy, VR industry, new industrial equipment, and new materials.

Leveraging the Jiaxing Modern Logistics Industrial Park, the Xiuzhou Economic Development Zone will ramp up its efforts to develop a modern service industry featuring modern logistics.

To date, the development zone has welcomed more than 300 companies, including Wal-Mart, Prologis, BLOGIS, and Mapletree Logistics.

In 2016, the Xiuzhou Economic Development Zone was approved as a provincial development zone by the Zhejiang Provincial Government.
