NETA enjoys strong sales in Thailand

According to Thailand's AutoLife official website, the registration of NETA V reached 2,203 vehicles in Thailand in June, with a market share of 28.9 percent, surpassing brands such as BYD, Great Wall Motors, and Tesla and becoming the champion of Thailand's pure electric market.

In addition, in the first half of this year, NETA V delivered 5,955 vehicles in Thailand, accounting for about 19 percent of the total number of pure electric vehicle models in the country.

NETA is a leading enterprise in the intelligent automobile industry in Tongxiang, a county-level city of Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province. Last year, it started exploring overseas markets and chose Thailand as its first investment destination.

Thailand is a founding country of and the 2nd largest economy in ASEAN. It has strong economic growth prospects and huge market potential.

As of June 7, NETA has had 27 authorized dealers in Thailand covering Bangkok and other major cities. Since June, NETA products have enjoyed charging services at all charging stations in Thailand.

In March, NETA's ecological smart factory for Thailand was built in Bangkok. It is NETA's first overseas intelligent automobile factory and will become the main base for NETA to build right-hand drive electric vehicles and export them to ASEAN member countries. It is expected to start production at the end of January 2024. Its annual production capacity is expected to reach 20,000 vehicles per year.

NETA also plans to expand its overseas business to more countries outside ASEAN markets, such as the Middle East and European Union.
