Countdown to the Asian Games: Shaoxing's venues and ancient charm

Shaoxing, a city with a history of over 2,500 years, is renowned for its numerous cultural landmarks and is often called the "open-air museum without walls." As a co-host city of the Hangzhou Asian Games, Shaoxing will host competitions in four venues for various Asian Games events, including basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, and rock climbing.
In addition, Shaoxing's Huangjiu (yellow wine) Small Town is located in Dongpu ancient town, a provincial-level historical and cultural town with a history of over 1,600 years. It is the birthplace of Shaoxing Huangjiu and is known for its picturesque waterways, rich wine culture, numerous bridges, and famous scholars.
