The Uruguay U20 soccer team, consisting of 40 members, came to Quzhou on Nov 16 for a three-day soccer exchange. They trained at the Quzhou Sports Center that night.
During their stay in Quzhou, they will participate in soccer exchange activities with students from Kecheng Experimental Primary School and Kecheng Baiyun School. They will also play a friendly match with Quzhou No 1 Middle School on Nov 18.
The Uruguay Soccer Association's China tour executive praised Quzhou's soccer facilities and said this would help Quzhou become a "city of youth soccer". He hopes to have more competitions and strengthen soccer exchanges between China and Uruguay in the future.
