The Rising Talent Art Exhibition under the theme "Embracing Innovation as the Way Forward" opened at the Zhejiang Exhibition Hall in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province on Dec 20.

The exhibition features over 400 works from 42 young talents selected in the Rising Talent Program for the year 2022, covering four major categories: fine arts, calligraphy, photography, and folk crafts.

The Rising Talent Program is directly led by the Publicity Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and implemented by the Zhejiang Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

Launched in 2013, the program has nurtured 428 young artists with potential in fine arts, calligraphy, photography, and folk crafts.

It has become an important platform and a significant brand for cultivating young talent in the field of visual arts in the province.

The exhibition is being held in Halls 4, 5, 6, and 12 of the Zhejiang Exhibition Hall and will run until Jan 1, 2024.
