The Quzhou Women's Federation celebrated International Women's Day with a themed event on March 7, showcasing the achievements and grace of Quzhou women across various fields and industries.

The event was structured into several segments, starting with "Springtime Shine Like Her," where women role models from all walks of life were honored with awards. This was complemented by song and dance performances dedicated to these exemplary figures.

The second segment highlighted the power of female volunteers who embody the spirit of volunteerism through their actions, inspiring a new generation of young women in the process.

Focusing on the theme of "Family," the third segment addressed the efforts of the Quzhou Women's Federation in resolving domestic disputes and promoting harmonious family environments. Representatives of "The Most Beautiful Families" were invited to the event, where they advocated for environmental awareness, waste sorting, and the adoption of low-carbon lifestyles.

Additionally, the event marked the launch of a new series of cultural activities aimed at nurturing modern marriage and parenting practices.

The announcement detailed a year-long plan for 2024 to conduct 12 matchmaking and social events across the city.
