Students from African nations like Mali, Tanzania, Guinea, and Senegal, who are studying at Yiwu Industrial & Commercial College, visited Yiwu Cujia Trade Co in Jinhua, Zhejiang province, on Sept 5, for a firsthand look at how cross-border e-commerce operates.
The students observed the entire operation process, from ordering to logistics, and learned about online procurement, payment, warehousing, and distribution in international trade. They eagerly recorded everything they could on their phones, hoping to implement similar practices back home.
During the tour, the African students discussed with the company's founder and team members on strategies for launching cross-border e-commerce businesses, product development, and supply chain optimization.
One student emphasized how the visit allowed them to learn about China's advanced cross-border e-commerce management practices and receive inspiration.
After a decade of work, Yiwu Cujia Trade Co has independently developed a B2B cross-border wholesale platform for Africa. Currently, the company maintains a daily shipment volume of over 20,000 items, showcasing its robust operational capabilities.
