Zhejiang eyes $5b in deals at CIIE

Zhejiang province is taking a prominent role at the 7th China International Import Expo from Nov 5 to 10, with over 43,000 specialized buyers registered and projected purchases exceeding $5 billion, according to the Zhejiang Department of Commerce.
The Zhejiang delegation will lead 23 activities on the sidelines, highlighted by the China Zhejiang – Global Digital Economy and High-tech Industry Matchmaking Conference, focusing on global procurement, investment, and cross-border collaboration.
This year, Zhejiang's trade delegation includes 13 sub-delegations and 10 specialized groups representing more than 14,000 companies, spanning food and agriculture, technology and equipment, and consumer goods.
Interest is also strong in automotive, medical devices, healthcare, and service trade, reflecting Zhejiang's comprehensive approach to expanding global partnerships through CIIE.
