The Wenling Children's Shoe Selection Center was established at Zhili International Children's Garment Mall in Huzhou, Zhejiang province, on Nov 9, marking a significant milestone for the children's shoe industry in Wenling, a county-level city in Taizhou.
Wenling, known for its footwear industry, boasts over 5,600 shoe manufacturers, including 1,200 dedicated to children's shoes which constitute about 18 percent of the national children's shoe output. Recent years have seen its shoe industry evolve, with a focus on innovation, digital integration, and enhanced competitiveness.
The Wenling Children's Shoe Selection Center, spanning 200 square meters, features a variety of top-quality products from seven leading children's shoe enterprises from Chengbei subdistrict.
Pan Juyong from the Chengbei Subdistrict Office emphasized the synergy between Zhili's dominant children's wear industry and Wenling's children's shoe sector, highlighting the selection center's role in fostering industrial collaboration and development.
The launch day drew immediate interest, with a Russian children's wear exporter expressing enthusiasm for Wenling's products and discussing potential collaborations with local enterprises.
