A recent report by Zhaopin and Zeping Macro titled "China City Talent Attraction Ranking: 2024" reveals that talent born after 1995 prefer living in eastern regions, particularly the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta urban clusters. Shenzhen, Beijing, and Shanghai top the list, with Jiaxing ranking 24th.

Jiaxing has a total talent pool exceeding 1.29 million people, with over 500,000 new young graduates in the past five years. The city attracts talent through various policies and benefits, ensuring a vibrant future.

As a manufacturing hub, Jiaxing boasts 33 industrial categories and nearly 50,000 enterprises, offering a diverse array of job opportunities. The city's open culture and developed industrial clusters draw a lot of innovative talent.

Jiaxing's 44 sci-tech platforms, including the Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, attract many high-tech professionals. In 2018, Jiaxing launched the Zhilifang, a one-stop talent service platform covering all counties and districts.

"Jiaxing Talent Day" was introduced in 2021, emphasizing the city's appreciation for talent. The "Jiaxing Talent Code", launched in 2020, offers over 60 service functions, covering more than 1 million talents.
