University students embark on exploration of Jinhua

One hundred university students from across the country gathered in Jinhua, Zhejiang province, on Dec 21 and 22 to explore and promote cultural tourism in the city.
The event featured three youth-oriented travel routes focusing on the most intriguing winter topics: food, wellness, and travel photography. These routes not only encompassed traditional tourist attractions but also incorporated immersive experiences appealing to young people.
The food route allowed students to savor local specialties like Youbu Morning Tea and Pujiang beef soup, the wellness route connected the renowned Wuyi hot springs and Pan'an medicinal diets, and the travel photography route led them to a "time journey" in the Hengdian World Studios. The Shuanglong Scenic Area was also included in the event, showcasing the charm of Jinhua to the students.
Participants expressed their delight at what Jinhua has to offer. Cai Yunlong from Communication University of China expressed amazement at the landscape of the "Little Iceland" on Jinhua Mountain, while Li Ziqian from Communication University of Zhejiang lauded Jinhua's authentic and vibrant cuisine. Ye Ye from Zhejiang University of Finance & Economics highlighted the enriching experiences of mountain treks, medicinal diets, and hot springs.
At the conclusion and sharing meeting, the students were appointed as Jinhua cultural tourism ambassadors. They will share their experiences to inspire more students to consider Jinhua as a travel destination, injecting new vitality into the cultural tourism market.
