Lishui Airport will add seven new destinations: Chongqing, Chengdu, Xi'an, Kunming, Qingdao, Changsha, and Zhoushan, beginning Oct 26, with the start of the winter-spring flight season.
Since its official opening on July 18, the airport has connected Lishui to Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Guiyang, initially achieving coverage of China's first-tier cities.
The seven new destinations will greatly expand the airport's aviation network and provide more flight options.
In addition to new routes, Lishui Airport will also optimize schedules and frequencies of existing routes to improve operational efficiency and passenger convenience.
These measures are expected to not only help meet the growing travel demands of passengers but also provide strong support for Lishui's regional economic development, tourism promotion, and personnel exchanges.
