Over 30 renowned photographers from China and abroad gathered in Lishui, Zhejiang province, from Nov 10 to 11 for a two-day creative tour during the Lishui Photography Festival, which included visits to Yunhe county and Jingning She autonomous county.

In Yunhe's Meiyuan village and its famed terraces, photographers were captivated by the pristine scenery of ancient villages and the intricate patterns of the fields. Brian Smith, a Canadian photographer on his third visit to Yunhe county, said that the area always offered fresh perspectives, motivating him to share its beauty.

In Jingning She autonomous county, the group experienced vibrant She ethnic culture, including a traditional wedding performance. Photographers found that these living traditions offered profound artistic inspiration.

The tour also included a visit to Nayun Sky City Leisure Resort, an innovative resort built on an old mining site. Its unique blend of industrial heritage and modern architecture provided rich material for creative work.

These photographers' lenses highlight Lishui's distinctive ecological and cultural charm, attracting a wider global audience to discover this hidden gem in southern China.
