Jiaojiang secures 300m yuan worth of intended orders at Canton Fair

Print PrintThe first phase of the 134th Canton Fair concluded after a five-day run, featuring 29 companies from Taizhou's Jiaojiang district. These companies showcased their smart manufacturing capabilities and achieved impressive results, securing over 300 million yuan ($41 million) worth of intended orders.
One of the standout companies was Taizhou Bison Machinery Co Ltd, which impressed foreign buyers with its newly-developed variable frequency generator. This product garnered attention for its energy efficiency, lightweight design, and quiet operation.
Du Jinzhong, CEO of the company, mentioned that the market for such generators is rapidly growing and holds the potential to replace traditional generators in the future. The company received significant interest from buyers, who even visited their factory for inspections. They expect to receive around 30 million yuan worth of orders from this year's Canton Fair and are fully equipped to meet the demand.
The first phase of the 134th Canton Fair consisted of 29 Jiaojiang companies, including Bison, spread across 19 exhibition areas in five major sectors, namely electronic appliances, industrial manufacturing, vehicles and motorcycles, lighting and electrical, and hardware tools.
