The highly anticipated 2023 Taizhou Marathon, scheduled to take place on Dec 3, will begin accepting registrations on Nov 3.

Participants can choose among three categories: the full marathon, half marathon, or a 5-kilometer fitness run. However, there are limited spots available for each category, with up to 3,000, 7,000, and 5,000 participants, respectively.

The Taizhou Marathon, established in 2015, has gained significant recognition over the years. It has been honored with the prestigious Gold Label by the Chinese Athletics Association for three consecutive years, namely in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Unfortunately, the event was unable to take place for the past two years due to the global pandemic.

The 2023 edition of the Taizhou Marathon is being organized by the Taizhou Municipal People's Government, while the Taizhou Sports Development Center and the People's Government of Huangyan district will serve as hosts.
