The fourth World Internet Conference will be held in Wuzhen, Zhejiang province, from Dec 3 to 5. A promotional video of the upcoming event was released on Nov 30. It combines the tradtional Chinese ink painting and advanced internet elements to display the charm of Wuzhen, a river town featuring old styles and modern development.
