Main ingredients: 250 grams of river crabs, 200g of fresh water chestnuts, 100g of tofu
Seasoning: 5g of salt, 5g of chicken powder, 3g of white sugar, 150g of light soup
Preparation: First stir fry the water chestnuts in cold oil, then add the tofu and light soup to it. Add the crabmeat after putting the other seasonings in and boiling them. Stir fry slightly.
