In pics: Jiaxing hit by Typhoon In-Fa

Typhoon In-Fa, after making landfall in Zhoushan, Zhejiang province, on July 25 and swirling through Hangzhou Bay, made an unprecedented second landfall in the province at around 9:50 am on July 26 in Pinghu, a county-level city in Jiaxing. By then its maximum wind speed had waned to around 100 kilometers per hour.
On July 24, Jiaxing upgraded its emergency response to Typhoon In-Fa to the highest level, and as of 12:30 pm on July 26, no major hazards, disasters and casualties have been reported in the city.
Jiaxing has published information about the 25 rescue teams in the city and their contact numbers.
Construction activities at all 2,364 sites in the city have been suspended. The operations at all local ports and wharfs have been stopped, and all A-level scenic spots and public venues have been closed. Public parking lots have also been opened for free to local residents.
