Keeson Technology prepares smart beds for Beijing Olympics

Smart electric beds and related products manufacturer Keeson Technology Co Ltd based in Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province, has prepared 6,000 intelligent beds for athletes and team officials at the upcoming Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, local media reported recently.

The games, to run on Feb 4-20, will take place in Beijing and Zhangjiakou, a city in Hebei province.

Tang Guohai, president of Keeson Technology, said the intelligent beds would guarantee sound sleep for athletes during the fierce competitions.

He added that pro-environment, security and conformity to kinesiology principles had  always guided the design code of Keeson Technology and the company had also developed a mobile phone app to help users better control their intelligent beds.

As a company specializing in healthy sleep, Keeson has been pursuing technological innovation by applying sensors technology, big data and the internet of things to its intelligent products in recent years.

Market recognition is widely said to be highly correlated with a product's quality and Keeson currently has a research and development team of more than 300 researchers focused on core technologies.

Moreover, Keeson has obtained 419 patents at home and abroad, including ones for electric beds, physiological signal detection sensors and big data analysis.

In addition, Keeson-made intelligent beds have been shortlisted for the promotional directory of products and services for the elderly in China compiled by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the National Health Commission.
