Jiaxing in East China's Zhejiang province recently issued 10 policies to stabilize its industrial economy in 2023, local media reported on Dec 26.

The 10 policies involve cutting taxes, fees, labor costs, energy use costs, and logistics costs.

For example, a special subsidy of 1,000 yuan ($143.54) per person will be given to non-local employees who continue working in the city over the Spring Festival.

In the first quarter of 2023, enterprises that go abroad to participate in exhibitions will be given subsidies for booth fees.

In addition, before the implementation of the 10 policies, some measures were carried out in different parts of Jiaxing to stabilize production.

In the Jiaxing economic and technological development zone, enterprises with more than 1 billion yuan in exports in the first three quarters can obtain up to 200,000 yuan in foreign trade coupons. Eligible enterprises can use the coupons to offset various exhibition expenses.
